Managed and coordinated MEP and structural design.

Designed and coordinated guest rooms, Hilton BOH spaces, core & shell, Hilton Program back of house areas, back & front of house kitchen areas, fire safety, and interior architecture of public areas throughout building, and guest rooms.

Oceanwide Center at 1st and Mission St., San Francisco

Collaborated with Foster & Partners. Designed and coordinated BIM, Core & Shell, five story basement, Construction Documents, Site Permitting, MEP & Structural coordination, and managed LEED accreditation. 

Designed and coordinated all systems in dual-tower, shared four level basement for Construction Documents, including parking design, structural, MEP, fire safety, ADA, security, and public and hospitality drop off areas.

Coordinated Construction Documents, core & shell, structure, MEP, fire safety, ADA, security, and landscaping for three-story podium public open space

Managed Design Development and Construction Documents, collaborated with ODADA on design development for commercial and residential lobbies; 

Designed first floor lobby security desk. Managed architectural LEED accreditation for Core & Shell. 

350 Bush St., San Francisco 

Integral part of Design Development, Construction Documents, Site Permitting, MEPS coordination, and Historical and City Planning approvals through submission of 100% CD. 

Built REVIT model and created working drawings of the building from scratch with team. 

Designed, modeled, coordinated, and created construction drawings of the building’s core, shell, basement, and public area interiors.

Designed and created drawings of podium facades at Pine St. and Bush St., Pine St. Plaza and glass storefront, commercial lobby, and Historical Mining Exchange Lobby, working directly with CEO Jeffrey Heller. Modeled and coordinated areas with contractors and subcontractors.

Assisted lead architect during Construction Administration phase in the Mining Exchange and tower spaces. Coordinated with Hathaway, Page & Turnbull and subcontractors to refine and finalize floor, wall and ceiling finishes and details in the Historical Mining Exchange, tower spaces, and ground floor lobbies. Met with client and Historical on site to finalize Mining Exchange wall and ceiling colors.
